Founded by Antoni Garreta Olivella and Jordi Garreta Taxonera, Garreta i Associats has more than five decades of dedication to the defense of intellectual and industrial property. It is currently under the direction of the lawyer and industrial property agent, Elisabet Torner Lasalle, and industrial property agent, biologist, and specialist in foreign services, Nuria Torner Lasalle.

Núria Torner

Biologist, industrial property agent and agent of Drawings, Models and trademarks of the European Union, with more than 30 years of experience in industrial property. Head of the international department.
Elena Garcia
Cera
Graduated in art history, with more than 20 years of experience in industrial property. She is responsible for the department of Spanish trademarks and European Union.
Tània Pi
Grau
Graduated in private investigation, in criminology and law. Legal manager of the international and European union department.
Carmenchu Buganza
Lawyer, PhD in Law from the University of Barcelona, and holder of a Master’s degree in European Law from the Institut d’Études Européennes in Brussels. She specialises in intellectual and industrial property, image rights, unfair competition, and trade secrets. She has extensive experience advising rights holders, as well as representing and defending clients in litigation. She is currently a Senior Associate and Head of the Legal Department.
